It was quiet in the middle of the city.

Travelled with my family and everything was fab. Its location was quiet and incredible, 20 minutes' drive to Eden Project Botanical Garden.

I always come back to this place in Par. Staff helped me with local info on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free parking, kitchen utensils, laundry, fitness center and more. I will be back for holiday soon.

Wow! Our romantic escape at this cozy caravan was everything we could have hoped for. the owners, Ron and his wife, were incredibly kind and responsible hosts. the caravan itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the soft, pure white bedding made us feel like we were in a five-star hotel. the location was also ideal, with everything we needed just a short walk away, including a shop, fish and chips restaurant, club. We loved being able to cook for ourselves in the well-equipped kitchen and just relax in the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home.

While our overall experience was excellent, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. the caravan had some mold issues on the curtains, which was a bit off-putting.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Pros of our stay at this amazing caravan were mind-blowing! The spacious and cozy accommodation felt like a true home with comfortable beds and a warm gas fire. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the fantastic heated swimming pool, children's play area, and a short distance from the best fish and chips restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find free parking and amenities like an electric kettle and cookware provided. The flat-screen TV, laundry facilities, and on-site restaurant were also super convenient. our stay was jaw-droppingly enjoyable and we will definitely be back!

Spit Beach, just a stone's throw away, was the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll along the shore. The gentle waves kissed the sand as I basked in the sun, feeling like I was in my own little paradise.

The beds were super comfy, perfect for recovering after a day of hiking in Fowey and Polperro. The location was sick, just a minute away from the pool and there were slides and swings right outside. Plus, the owners hooked us up with free tea, coffee, and milk - lifesavers! Can't wait to book again and have another lit adventure!

The only thing we wished for was more happening nightlife. It would've been rad if there was a bar or a club on-site where we could chill and party with other young people.
